About Qvo6.com Redirect Virus

Qvo6.com , also called Qvo6.com redirect virus, is a browser hijacker that installs on your PC bundled with free software downloaded from websites, especially unknown or malicious websites without your knowledge. It redirects your homepage to http://www.qvo6.com and the default search engine to Qvo6.com. Meanwhile, it will add the argument http://www.Qvo6.com/ro/?si=41460&shortcut=true&tid=293 to the shortcuts of your browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome. Except altering some default settings of your browsers, it will also steal your personal information, and record your browsing habits for commercial use. For example, after collecting search terms from your search queries, Qvo6.com will show your advertisement and sponsored links in the list of search results and increase these links’ rank to generate commercial revenue. Therefore, when your computer is infected by such browser hijacker, please remove it immediately.
