How to Remove RadioRage Toolbar and Related Browser Hijacker?

A “RadioRage” labeled toolbar shows up and you can’t recall the installation of this app? It has modified the homepage and new tab of your web browser without your permission, too? In this article, we will guide you to remove this unwanted toolbar and restore your browser settings.

About RadioRage Toolbar

Similar to Video Download Converter Toolbar, Motitage Toolbar and Couponxplorer Toolbar, RadioRage Toolbar is browser extension or plugin developed by Mindspark Interactive Network that can work with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It is advertised on its official website that with RadioRage installed, you can listen to thousands of free radio station worldwide.

However, RadioRage is categorized as PUP.Optional by most of popular antivirus and antimalware programs. Due to its sneaky behaviors, computer users even think it as a virus. Commonly, RadioRage is installed along with other free downloads as a special offer or pre-checked item, so computer users are unaware of the installation of RadioRage until it shows up on their web browser. Once installed, it can access all data on your computer and the websites you visit.

In most cases, RadioRage toolbar is powered by Ask or Mywebsearch. That is to say, the homepage and new tab page will be changed to home.tb.ask.com or home.mywebsearch.com, and accordingly the default search engine to Ask Web Search or Mywebsearch.com. Both Ask Web Search and Mywebsearch.com are not so welcome by users for they will inject irrelevant items and sponsored results in your search results.
