When I disable this from Google Chrome and delete it, it automatically comes back. I also cannot locate it in my programs to uninstall. It has taken over all permissions and I must get rid of it.

      Hi,

You may find a Safe Saver folder located at C:Program Data or C:Program Files. Run the Uninstall.exe file in Safe Saver folder. If this won’t work, please delete the whole Safe Saver folder. Please be careful when you do this.

Then go to Control Panel > Uninstall programs and uninstall Safe Saver, you may get an error message says it may have already been uninstalled. Now, scan and remove browser extension with Cloud System Booster. Hope this will work for you.
