What is Pop-up? is a malicious website that always pops up to promote fake software download, impersonating as a Java update pop up.

Often pop-ups come as a result of installing some unwanted or evil browser add-on/plugin within web browsers, like IE, Firefox, Chrome. How to Get Rid of Popups (Removal Guide)


Step 1. Remove any potential PUP/toolbar from your computer and web browser browser


Continuing being redirected to could be caused by some PUPs/Toolbar or even browser hijackers installed. To ensure your computer is free from these PUPs, toolbars or browser hijackers. You need to not only uninstall the unwanted program related from computer, but also have to repair browser settings, especially browser add-ons and plugins to ensure web browser is clean.

1. Download and install.

2. To uninstall unwanted programs potentially related from computer, click Toolbox at the bottom of the main screen to access where you can locate Anvi Uninstaller to Download and Run. And then locate the Recent Installed tab and then find the related programs to uninstall.

Note:  The related PUPs would be multiple. Ensure uninstall all PUPs associated with the adware or browser hijacker.

3. To remove unwanted or related browser add-ons from IE, Firefox or Chrome

Go click Toolbox at the bottom of the interface, locate the sidebar in the left to find Toolbar Manager icon as shown in below to open Toolbar Manager

Click Scan button to scan out Bubble Dock add-on and other unwanted browser extensions to remove.

Select unwanted add-ons in IE, Firefox and Chrome Click Remove to delete all.

In Google Chrome:

Open Google Chrome and click bars icon google chrome bars icon to navigate to toolbars and extensions, find related or unwanted extensions to locate and click on the Trash can icon to remove it.


In  Mozilla Firefox:

Open Firefox and click Firefox button Firefox button > Add-ons > Extensions, locate unwanted extension and click Disable to disable it.


In  Internet Explorer:

Open Internet Explorer, click Settings > Manage add-on > Toolbars and Extensions tab, search through the list to find unwanted add-on. Click the item to disable and remove.

Note: Some add-on/plugin in IE can only be removed through control Panel, that is to say, if you uninstall it from the Control Panel, this add-on will automatically disappear in IE.


4. To  Remove key browser data including browser history and tracking cookies.

It is always a good idea to clean browser data, browser history and tracking cookies in particular, after infected with some web browser related virus, regarding privacy security online. to use Cloud System Booster to do this job:
Back to Home interface, and click Disk Cleaner button on the main screen and then on the left navigator, locate the web browser like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome that you use, and then select item of removing cookies. It is recommended to select all web browsers that you have on your PC.

Click Home button to back on home page and click Quick Care button and the system maintenance begins.

Step 2. Scan your computer system with your installed antivirus or here recommended Anvi Smart Defender.

2. Switch to the second tab-the scan tab and click on Full Scan button.
